Cat insurance

Hello, I need to insure my 11 year old cat but am not sure which insurance to go for. Is a lifetime insurance with no limit of conditions at £4,000 per condition ok? Or a £2,000 per condition? Does anyone know which pet insurer I should go with? There are so many! I’ve no idea I’d say, my cat gets diabetes how much per year it will cost. Any advice gratefully received!

Go with lifetime cover. But you will be paying a lot for an 11 year old cat.

Have a look at bought by many. At 11 it will probably be more expensive

Thank you!

Definitely lifetime cover. I'm with Pet Plan who are very good but not cheap

At that age I’m not sure how useful insurance is. All past conditions will likely be excluded. Read small print carefully!

My new cat is 11 as well and I'm looking for insurance.
i really needed insurance for my last cat she cost me thousands in her old age and would have died at 14 if she'd not been insured. As it was she lived to 20.

I ended up getting lifetime insurance for £27 a month from Bought By Many. I phoned the vet & receptionist said she used them. She recommended the £7k a year cover for my cat.
