My dear little cat who's a minimum of 13 but possibly 14, was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism about a year ago. Prescribed liquid medication which she loves and her condition improved very quickly. She's now healthy, calm and content. Her last blood test about two months ago was good, health check fine too. However we've discovered when stroking her yesterday a pronounced lump under her neck. I can't get to the vet until next week (just out of hospital), but will take her as soon as I can next week. I'm very sadly, assuming it's cancer. Has anyone else been in this situation, if so can I ask you to share your experience/s?
