How do you keep your house smelling nice?

I have an indoor Bengal that sometimes decides not to use her litter tray, I tried to keep on top of it but feel like sometimes I can't locate where she's been.

I feel like my house has that "pet" smell, and it must be even stronger when I have visitors.

Those with pets, especially cats, how do you keep your house smelling nice?

I would be interested in this too hav3 a new rescue cat, and litter tray.
Usually use diffusers but now looking for cat safe options.

Dh bought an ultra violet torch for finding wee.

I had a Bengal, I’d second the uv torch but she needs two trays with a soft substrate.

Ours did territorial wees. My house is practically waterproof.
