biodegradable clumping cat litter, your recommendations please!

That's pretty much it.

It's the biggest percentage of what goes in our dustbin, so we need to make the change, but I have no idea where to begin. What do other people use, does it clump as well, and does it stay in the litter tray? What else do I need to know?

I've used
Cats best - my fave, clumps great, doesn't track as much
Natusan - clumps great again but tracks a bit more, v little smell

Worlds Best Cat Litter (green bag, smells a bit like corn, flushes away cleanly and is incredible) has quite literally changed my life.

Well the cat uses it!

Cats Best from Pets at Home, in a green sack. Clumping, biodegradable, flushable, and lasts for ages.

Benek from Zooplus - it’s cheap, clumps better than Cats Best and tracks much less as well. It even smells nice (like grass) before use obviously!

Catsan natural - just incredible. Clumps, compostable, flushes. A £20 big bag lasts us about a month, with 2 indoor cats.

Cats Best in green bag from zooplus here too. Expensive but one fill lasts for ages, the wee clumps flush down the loo (break them up first), and once it’s past its best the sawdusty remainder goes in the green compost bin.

I like the nice woody smell of it too. Hadn’t heard of Benek before though, will investigate.

We used cats best for years but they've made the litter smaller so it tracks everywhere. We changed to Greenwood's plant fibre litter clumps nicely no smells and isn't as small as cats best.
