Travel with kittens

About to bring home two 11 week old kittens. Litter trained.
My mum can possibly look after them while we are away at Oct half term but welcome views on whether we could take them with us.
3.5 hour journey from Kent to Devon
Staying in a cottage that allows pets.
We will be out during the day hiking and beaching etc.
I've seen previous posters recommend crates and Feliway.
Thoughts welcome on whether we could take them with us and if so what kit I need.

Thanks.

Gorgeous kittens ♥️

Very beautiful kits! Sorry to hear you were ill, but happy to hear you didn’t attempt 2 x 3.5 hour drives with them - our cats hate the car so much, they would be so stressed!

Annonnimoouse42 · 09/11/2021 19:31

they're gorgeous. A pair of kittens is just the best thing. We got 2 a few years ago - I'd never get a single kitten again. they have so much fun together

TheSpottedZebra · 09/11/2021 20:08

They are lovely!
Hope you're feeling OK now.

Please don't take them with you. They'll be really unhappy and stressed and you run a real risk of losing at least one of them. They'll be safer and happier in a cattery.
