I'm sneaky about it with my tasmanian devil cat. Feed her something incredibly tasty and sneak the spot on onto her neck while she's troughing. Worked a treat this time in particular because I didn't even part the hair. As soon as she'd finished eating the sardines she realised something was up and started prancing about like a ballerina before belting out the catflap in disgust.

Mithril must have been telling all my friends cats to avoid me. All cats I've been in contact with over the weekend have been all over everyone else but ignored me. And I'm really missing feline interaction as mine are in the cattery while my kitchen is being done.

I know. I'm holding out that my friends cats might be a bit nicer to me today. But Betty runs on sight of me. I think my two have lulled me into a false sense of security. They never sulk and are always affectionate.
