Help cat keeps being sick

Hi my cat started throwing up hair balls yesterday then today she's still being sick without hair in it and have noticed that she has dirreaha now as well. I have been offering her food but she's not interested.
Does anyone thing it could just be a upset stomach or will it need a visit to the vets.

Fingers crossed she will be ok.

Hi just a quick update I spoke to the vets on Sunday they seems to think it would just be a stomach bug and I was told to give her chicken and rice. Problem was she wouldn't eat at all so I got some baby food chicken and rice like a puree and fed her that.
All Sunday and monday she wasn't sick or had any dirreaha but I was concerned because she never even went for a poo at all. By Tuesday she was getting interested in food again and went to the tray normally.
She's back to her normal grumpy self now.
