Cat keeps sticking her tongue out

I posted the other day about my cat who has been at the vets after not eating and turned out to have some sort of infection. She spent yesterday and Monday at the vets on fluids. Yesterday they sedated her to do an x-ray (which was clear) but it’s taken her ages to get over the sedation. She’s looking a bit less drunk and saucer-eyed after 24 hours, but she keeps sticking her tongue out a little way and leaving it out.

I spoke to the vets this morning and they said to keep an eye on it. She doesn’t seem to be struggling with breathing. Her sinuses are possibly all blocked due to her infection (she’s also had weepy eyes). Anyone experienced this with their cat?

My cat did this and when I took her to the vet her teeth were infected and had to have most of her teeth taken out.

As she's been seen by the vet, they would have picked this up surely?

Mine has only done it since she came back from the vets yesterday, after the sedation. She did have a few teeth out a couple of years back which also caused lack of appetite. This definitely seems a bit more viral though along with the runny eyes and ears.
