Keeping a cat amused indoors for 2 weeks

My parents are on holiday for 2 weeks so I have taken 16 year old cat. She is really 'my' cat but that's another story. She has lived with my parents most of her life as I lived abroad for a long time and she loves being in the garden.

Since the good weather she has spent almost all her time outside. My mum has bird feeders so she watches them all the time. I also got her cat stairs which allow her to look of the window. I live in a flat and the windowsill is too thin for her.

Since has been here for 2 days now and sleeps all day. I feel bad as she was constantly out and about and now she seems so fed up. I'll take any recommendations, cat toys or amusement ideas welcomed!

YouTube. Looks for videos for cats. Mine particularly like the aquarium ones but there are also birds and small rodents.

This worked for 2 days and is still mildly amusing as background content when she's doing something else.

I even thought about getting a cat harness to take her out the back garden area but she would probably laugh in my face...if cats could do that.

She spends most of her time cuddling up to me or sleeping. I think we'll cope!

Glad it worked even for a short time.
