WELL
My silly 1 year old Bengal went missing last Tuesday. Vanished into thin air. Did the usual stuff, bed outside, fliers through doors, social media posts etc. Nothing. I've been going through hell, assuming he'd fallen down a storm drain or had been stolen.
Yesterday, a neighbour texted to say that she'd spoken to a delivery driver who had been at hers on the day he went missing, as silly cat was sniffing around her garage and the van during the delivery. He informed her that he had driven to the next delivery and he saw very same silly Bengal scarpering off, having climbed out of the van!
We have driven out there (it's 45 minutes away!) and put posters all around the village, and two people have contacted to say they've seen him, most recently on Saturday and I've posted on all of their local FB pages too. It now feels like a waiting game. I'd drive there and walk around at night calling, but we have a 4 month old baby so it's just not feasible.
I miss him so much and it feels like looking for a needle in a haystack. Is there anything else I can be doing to get him back safe and sound?!
