Would sisters get along after a year's gap?

We have an almost 2yo old moggie and have been offered her sister as she needs rehoming due to a relocation. They lived together until they were about 1yr.

I don't want to upset our current kitty but would love another one! Do you think they'll get along due to them being siblings, or has a year apart been way too long for any kind of bond to remain?

I think they only thing you can do is try it. But take it slowly.

Ours got on in a similar situation, give it a try :)

Our sisters don't get along and they've always lived together, so don't be too surprised either way! They sort of tolerate each other mostly, but they go straight to punch-and-run-away if they get at all boisterous.

Both of them get on okay with the unrelated third cat who was here before them.
