Cats bring me my mail

Does anyone else's cats do this?
If it's a letter or parcel small enough, they will pick it up and carry it through the house to wherever I am.

I thought they were just considerate geniuses until my fiance pointed out that their treats get delivered from Amazon in a small package and so they are just making sure the parcel gets from point A to point B (the parcel opener) quickly. Haha

@TheBalletCats oh that's so wonderful! Cats don't often show protectiveness like that. He must love you very much!

My boys were found in a cardboard box in the park, they were abandoned with their mother and two sisters at 4 weeks old. They were two ginger boys and two fluffy tortoiseshell girls. I wonder if they had the same dad...

That must have been both frightening and also very amusing to find him in the fridge

more amusing than anything....he was quite doglike on the whole, very devoted to me and always came to greet me if he was in when i came in
He ignored and despised the dogs his entire life.

Also pretty much ignored the children until the youngest was three and learned that sharing his ham from his sandwich would entice the cat to sit with him!

Fridgegate was a whole tumult of ...where's the cat? where is he miaowing? Oh...the fridge....ohhhh my chicken.... while the cat sat there on the shelf looking smug AF next to my destroyed chicken

We have had three more cats since he died, but I still miss him!

Yep, I just had to flush once a day.

My dad had a cat when he was a child that played fetch with marbles, including helping herself to the next door neighbours.
