Best food for dermatitis

My 10 year old girl has dermatitis and we've tried steroid injections which aren't working. It's been like this years and I'm desperate to help her. Does anyone have any recommendations for dry/wet food that may help for her? Vet hasn't made any recommendations except steroids which aren't working/wear off very quickly.

She struggles with being bitten by fleas which I think is probably the cause but we deflea her regularly to try keep them off her. Summer gets worse though.

Sorry forgot to add compulsory picture. This is her a few months back. Fur's growing back now but still getting a lot of oozing scabs.

I highly recommend Salmon oil. It really helps with skin and for condition.
Is she on a grain free diet? Poor little thing. Fleas are so nasty.

I highly recommend Thrive wet and dry.
Simpsons is also amazing quality.
It's best to feed a majority wet and then add a little dry if she/you wants to.

Oops sorry for posting so many times.
Pet Remedy plug in and Beaphor calming treats may help with any over-grooming. This combo has been amazing for my house.

Thanks very much for the advice. I'll try some of that. We do have a fish oil type of thing we can add to her food. She's not on anything special at the moment so I was wondering what we could try going forward. Thanks again Smile
