BastardCat and all the others

There was a Remembrance Thread here but I can’t find it. It’s almost 3 months since BastardCat dropped dead and I still can’t believe it. I was using a dustpan and brush for ages because didn’t want to Hoover up last touches of him. In the end, I mingled with my hairbrush detritus and left out on on the garden wall, for the birds - and saw them take for nesting!

Here you go, I'd love to hear your memories of BastardCat. I'm sorry that you're still hurting and I understand, it's a deep ache.

My sympathies, OP. I still miss my bastard cat who died in February 2019. He was a bastard but he was my bastard.
