We are currently fostering a mother cat and six week old kittens for a rescue. The mother has been in heat since Thursday, yowling constantly and unable to rest. She will be neutered before being rehomed but in the meantime is there anything you would recommend to help her calm down? Obviously she’s under lockdown so no chance of getting pregnant again. We have always neutered our cats so I have never had this experience with one of my own.
