Hi all,

This weekend is gonna be really hard, I have five cats but one of my cats is attacking the other to the point that she's now losing fur and weight due to the stress and another cats attacking the other for absolutely no reason (I think it might be because they are similar sized males). They are all neutered, I've tried everything, plug ins, feeding them separately, everything Google suggested and nothings worked so now I have to re-home three of them as it's just too stressful for the cats and us, ones going to a lovely old lady and the other two are being collected tomorrow from the local rescue who are amazing and I know they'll have good homes soon but I'm just so sad, Ive tried everything and I'm gonna miss them but it's not fair on the ones being attacked every 10 minutes. I guess I just feel like a failure that I couldn't get them to co exist. Sad

It sounds like you are being responsible in a situation that couldn't be allowed to continue. That's nothing to feel guilty about.

I know you're right, I'm just gonna miss them

Hope you are ok today Flowers

You’re absolutely doing the right thing. Our’s now has a long term condition due to being stressed out by another cat. Some cats just cannot co-exist with other cats unfortunately

You have definitely done the right thing for your cats. I hope all the cats have long and happy lives and that your remaining cats get some peace.
