Kitten farts

Sorry for the slight dodge topic but when do they stop and how can you stop them??

We rescued an 8-10 month old little girl from CP 2 1/2 weeks ago, she's settled in really well, eating, drinking and using litter tray fine but my God she stinks 🤢🤢😷😷

She's been on high protein grain free food since being with us so I had hoped it would settle down by now but it seems to have got worse this week. How can something so small and cute be so stinky

Photos of M and her big brother G in advance payment.

It may be too rich for her or the change in food is taking time to get used to?
My previous cat couldn’t have the under one year old cat food as it gave him stinky farts and, on occasion, bloody poops. He was totally fine once we switched to adult cat food.

Thanks she is on untamed cat food rather than kitten specific food. G has it and we just tried her out on it and she loved it. Shame her insides don't 🤢

She is on applaws adult biscuits too. Might try switching the biscuits around to see if that helps as not sure how many more days we can cope with the smell

Erm...one of my cats has just turned three and the smell when she farts/poos could floor a great dane...

She's ridiculously cute and fluffy though so we just sing 'smelly cat' and then forgive her Smile

Oh god I couldn't cope for 3 years of this.

Our boy cat (and his dearly departed brother) is almost 8, we've had him for 4 years and he has never been stinky
