I’ve found a small lump, well I think you would say lump, more like a growth , it’s on top of the skin, moveable and small on the tummy of my cat who is nearly 2. He doesn’t seem bothered by it at all, let’s us touch it, is eating and drinking and running around as normal. Should I be worried about it?
