Hi. We have just installed a petsure microchip cat flap that comes with an app for my phone (yes, I know but it’s amusing me ☺️).
Both cats have been ‘recognised’ by the cat flap and can get in/out successfully. However, the app is only picking one of them up. So I can merrily stalk Matilda but can’t add Mabel. Has anyone got this thing? Any ideas?
