Cat sitter for how long ?

We have a two week holiday booked for July which may or may not happen. I wouldn't usually go for so long but as we didn't have a holiday last year we booked for two weeks. Would you leave your cat with a cat sitter for two weeks? As in someone coming morning and evening to feed her, check she's ok? We've done it for a week and she was fine- we rarely see her in the summer when the weather is nice and the cat sitter feeds her and let's her out for the day then keeps her in the house after evening visit, I'm so worried about her getting lonely especially as she has had people home so much recently. I know she would be happier at home than in a cattery. I've thought of seeing if someone can stay a couple of nights to keep her company.
What do you think ? The cat sitters locally are lovely and if I can get the one I usually use she's literally on our street .

I've left cats for two weeks with twice-daily visits and they've been fine - as you say, far better at home than a cattery.

This is the sort of thing that confirms that they really don't care about you, just your ability to open pouches.

I prefer mine to be in the cattery if any longer than one night. I am far more relaxed. And the cattery staff adore my two. The cats have a great time there.

I'm a cat-sitter.

I don't offer overnight stays for cats - I offer two visits a day, which involves feeding, fresh water, changing and emptying litter trays, administering any medication and making sure any doors/windows are locked as appropriate.

I also have my own cats and have left them happily for two weeks with twice-daily visits. I wouldn't dream of putting them in a cattery.
