Pets4home and rag doll kittens

I'm looking for a female rag doll kitten (lynx point or blue point) for my daughter for a while now. Adverts come daily on this website, but all being reserved with in minutes. How does this work, do people pay deposits without seeing the kittens/mom? Sellers offer video calls, but by the time we call them it's all gone. How can I pay £ 150/200 to a stranger just by looking an advert only? Or is this how things work now?

OP, your best bet is to look for a breeder online and once you've found one that breeds ethically, then put your name on the waiting list. Ragdolls are amazing and worth the wait. Here is a picture of our chocolate girl as cat tax

My sister found a breeder of Persians jan 2020 she kept in touch with her until she had another litter in 2 weeks ago she picked up her beautiful kittens it took along time but because she was a decent breeder she has ended up with the most well socialised kittens I have ever met my sister kept getting pissed off and wanted to go on pets4homes and just buy them outright she was so glad she waited in the end. It’s not easy especially at the moment to get any sort of animal your best bet Is waiting and getting the right breeder.

Thank you everyone. Just followed your advice and found few local breeders!
