Bump on cats nose

I cant decide if he's always had it but tonight I've noticed my cat has a bump on his nose. And I've stupidly googled it and im panicking now.

Two of ours had this and no it wasn’t good but let’s assume it’s benign until proven otherwise until the vet looks at it. Hopefully it’s nothing.

Oh goodness, thats worrying. I've looked through photos and from the ones where i can make out the profile of his face he had a slight bump in one taken when he was 4 months. Im panicking now.

Try not to panic, you can’t do anything right now & chances are it’s benign.

I was hoping it was just the way his nose was and nothing do to with anything sinister. It doesn't look like my vets are doing appointments only phone consultations. But in the off chance I get an appointment I don't even know how I'll get there as we're more or less snowed in and i dont drive 😕
He's not even 2.

My parents cat had a small bump like that. He's always had it.

I really hope my boys the same.

I've got a phone consultation tomorrow morning and I've sent the vet some pictures.

Hi, she said she wasn't overly concerned as it looks like hes had it since he was pretty wee. She did say to keep an eye on it, and if it goes squashy (it feels like bone) changes colour or he starts rubbing at it to get in touch with them.
He's a gorgeous looking boy and it helps that he is just such a lovely cat as well!

Im definitely reassured but will also keep a close eye on it. I know how much cats can mask illnesses.
