Cat conned her way into some beef for her tea tonight

Last night we had a lovely roast beef dinner

Had about half a joint left, so dh left it on top of the fridge to cool, naively thinking the cat couldn’t get up there.

Well...she can..and did.

He just heard a loud noise and came into the kitchen to find the cat on the floor chomping on some beef GrinGrin

She gets to have it tonight for her tea. Well, her and the dogs

Dh is less than impressed

🐱 🐶 Goid score guys!!

Tell DH that too much red meat isn't good for him anyway

...and don't remind him about roast beef sandwiches for his lunch!

If he had shared with her in the first place she wouldn’t have had to scrounge. 😻

We put anything we don't eat to cat to have in the microwave or the beer fridge

Toddlerteaplease · 18/01/2021 10:21

That's hilarious 😆

Soubriquet · 18/01/2021 12:16

She’s currently fast asleep on my lap looking completely innocent... Grin

Dh keeps glaring at her on and off

My friends cat tucked into their £90 goose before they had carved it this Christmas gone, sneaky creatures!

Dm had forgotten what it was like having a collie dog so didn’t plan accordingly, we were finishing up dinner, noticed the absence of billypup who was discovered in the garden very pleased with herself as she ran round with the remains of a very large leg of lamb.

They can climb trees, top of the fridge is nothing to them.

SoupDragon · 18/01/2021 13:15

Well played, SoubriCat, well played.

One of mine can jump from the floor on to the top of our 6.5ft fridge.

He's rather fat large and sometimes he misses and glares at me when I laugh Grin
