Tigger was PTS yesterday

So my beautiful 16 year old Tigger was PTS in the early hours of yesterday morning. COVID rules meant we couldn't go in with him at first but they did let me in for the end so he died in my arms. His sister is missing him desperately. Here's a picture from a few years ago showing that there is nowhere you can hide food and a more recent one on the rug

So sorry for your loss x

What a gorgeous cat - and isn’t it amazing how loooong a cat can be when he wants to be nosy?

They leave such a hole in your life when they go, but after a while the memories are all the good ones.

I’m so sorry for your loss Flowers I’m glad they did let you in so you could be with him at the end. He was clearly much loved and had a wonderful happy life with you. So sorry.

There is a memorial thread here if you wish to add more pictures. www.mumsnet.com/Talk/the_litter_tray/3965838-The-Litter-Tray-Memorial-Thread?msgid=101775170

I’m so sorry, you got him to 16 though which is no mean feat. It’s very hard to lose them.
