My friend's cat was a boy when they got it from the RSPCA. At the time of its first vet visit it became a girl. Then, when taken to be spayed the vet had a change of heart and declared a boy with teeny tiny not very dangly testicles.

We had our "girl" for a month then a vets visit told us she was a he! To he fair, he is a super fluffy cat and I have never seen his lipstick or balls!

Are you assuming gender OP? That's very transphobic. Your cat was identifying as female, once you have it neutered I'm sure it will claim to be gender neutral.
