Girl cat not eating

My girl cat, tulip, won’t eat today. She’s 18 months and usually annoying the hell out of us begging for scraps, extra dinners...what ever she can get- but today.. nothing!
She didn’t pester me for her breakfast, or beg for cheese when I made the kids pack ups, didn’t even get up when I made a tuna salad at lunch and at tea time ignored the pouch she usually inhales. I even just tried her with a slice of wafer thin ham which is her ultimate reward treat and she just smelt it, nudged it with her paw and got back on her favoured radiator.
Her inner eye lids aren’t up, I can’t see any wounds, her teeth look normal to me ( none broken etc) and she’s moving easily and seemingly without pain.
I don’t know if she is drinking as I haven’t been watching her all day constantly and the other cat has access to the water fountain too.
She was frolicking in the garden at lunch time so has been out today- she doesn’t have a tray so I don’t know if she’s peeing and pooping or not.
I haven’t seen any vomit...but maybe she did it outside?
She’s not wailing or slinking off. She let me pick her up with no fuss to examine her.
I was worrrying she’s eaten a poison mouse or something. She does love to hunt.
I’m so worried about her. Do you think I’d be over reacting to take her to vet tomorrow? Do cats just do this sometimes? She’s just usually such a greedy little madam it’s not like her.

Maybe she has a viral infection. Does her head or ears feel particularly hot?

I certainly dont think it would be an overreaction to get her checked out at the vets if she's still not eating tomorrow, but her moving around comfortably and letting you pick her up is encouraging.

Hope she's back to normal soon.
