Hi, can anyone recommend a sturdy travel cat carrier with shoulder strap? We use to have hard plastic traditional one but as we don’t have car and drive using public transport, it’s not good for long travel so wanted to get something more user friendly but safe for cats. Both my boys are nervous travellers, elderly and weigh shy over 5kg.
Having recently purchased the dadypet expandable carrier from Amazon, we’ve used only three times but when I used again yesterday to take cat on emergency vet visit the hook snapped(!), thankfully my boy was still safe inside and ok so I’m returning this one and looking to get carrier which has metal hooks and ideally one that doesn’t collapse when he’s in it and expands for when we are on train. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏
