Ficam D insecticide and cats

Hi everyone please help I’m so worried. We are soon going to be shifting into a bungalow Because of my mom’s mobility problems. Our gardener discovered wasp nest by the front door behind the outdoor light. We called council pest control and they used Ficam D insecticide on it. I wanted to wash the driveway but I was busy so couldn’t do it after the spray/dusting of powder. On the same day when insecticide was used gardeners were in the garden working and they also used leave blower all over the garden and the carpet inside by the front door had turned black with dust, dirt as it’s level access driveway and all the dirt came inside. Afterwards many workers were working and coming in and out. Of course we asked them to remove their shoes but the ground has level access and dirt from outside easily travels inside. Many parcels were also delivered in the coming days and they were pushed on the drive way through in the front door instead of using the trolley. I’m worried that any spills of insecticide might have tracked inside on the carpets and contaminated it. I’ve cats and this Ficam D containing Bendiocarb is highly toxic to cats. I’ve delayed my plans of shifting there but Bendiocarb has residual activity for months and months. I’ve vacuumed my carpets and washed my driveway. Will it be safe for the cat’s now to live there? Can vacuuming alone will get rid of any insecticide powder or not? I’m paying rent for two places now as I’m reluctant to shift there because of my cats. I was not there when it was sprayed so I don’t know how much was used, any suggestions please?

Shampoo the carpets? Either hire the machine or get the professionals in.

I can’t think of anything else and you’ve washed the driveway already.
