Our 3yo castrated male moggy has overgroomed his tummy and back legs to the point of baldness. We first thought it was mites and took him to the vet who said it was anxiety and gave us a spray that smells of vomit that's supposed to be calming. He's no better and now the house smells of vom.
We also have his sister from the same litter who seems fine. We've seen another cat visiting and wondered whether that was the cause.
Any tips on how we could help him that don't involve expensive vomit-scented homeopathy?
