Hi
I have a 15 year old cat, who has lost some teeth along the way.
Does anyone know of any soft biscuits she can have they all seem to be crunchy
Thanks

Soak your regular biscuits in hot water before you feed, or mix with wet food.

Can you move to an all wet food diet? I found that much easier on teeth and kidneys when my old girl hit about 15/16.

Pets at home do soft cat treats. Would that help?
Otherwise I used to add a little gravy to ordinary cat biscuits. (Low salt)

@PinkSparklyPussyCat is the expert on cats with dodgy teeth/ jaws.

I used to feed this (needs to be kept in the fridge, but a good option) www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/291900262

Harry's lost about 12 teeth (he's also about 15) and he still eats his crunchy biscuits. When it first happened we tried soaking his biscuits in warm water but he looked at me as though I was slightly simple if I expected him to eat them! We spoke to the vet who said that if he can manage the biscuits it was ok for him to have them - this was also with a wire holding his jaw together!

I did find some soft biscuits from HiLife but I can't find them on the website so I presume they've been discontinued and I don't know if any others.

Thank you for your responses, she is mainly on wet food I have always fed my cats wet food, but leave a bowl of biscuits out all the time.
I just wanted to give her a choice, as she does not seem to bother with them now, so thought perhaps a bit awkward for her to eat them.
Not a gravy lover, she prefers the jelly.
Still as Harry can with 12 missing, she has 4 missing, perhaps just turning her nose up with the ones, I have now.
Will try another brand.
Here is the madam!

This might sound daft but it might be worth trying different shapes as they might be easier for her to eat. Harry will only eat James Wellbeloved biscuits and at one point found the turkey flavour hard to eat as they are round whereas the fish flavour is flat. He's fine now though.

Here he is in all his gummy glory! Looking at that picture I'm not convinced he's got as many teeth left as I thought!

I meant to add your girl is gorgeous!

These are soft. I cut them up and use them to hide pills in Wink.

Aw, I love black and whites, all the different patterns of their coats. I could try JW, thank you.
