Snorg waves to her Harry!

Snorg - is he/she an Oriental? I used to have a Blue Persian. He was the nicest, gentlest, lovely cat who wouldn't harm a fly.
I now have a cat who just turned up one day. I did try to find the owner but was unsuccessful. He was in very good condition and obviously well looked after.
Anyway, he stayed, and I had to put a falconry bell on his collar to stop him killing everything in sight. He is a very big cat and very shiny. He totally ignores me and my family. As long as he is fed he is happy

@DidSomebodySaySiamese it's a Umitaz brand one. I would usually steer clear of the weird brands on amazon, but my parents bought one for their boy and he loves it. It's really easy to clean and practicality silent. The filters are about 12 for a pack of six I think. It was a really good buy.

Snorg and harry send each other Christmas and get well cards. It's adorable.

@Mrsorganmorgan She's a Persian, I used to also have he sister who was identical. But she died from HCM and kidney failure a couple of years ago. Both very sweet and placid. Maia was a bossy diva though. Who ruled the house.
Then I got cheddar who is über friendly and affectionate and very talkative.

All three are from St Francis Persian rescue.

I loved my Persian cat so much that when he died I cried so much, for so long that I got on everyone's nerves. They would eyeroll and say "there she goes again, crying"

@Mrsorganmorgan they really are a wonderful breed. The lady who runs the rescue said I wouldn't have another breed and she was right!

Ah ha! Magic looks so familiar in that photo. I almost want to ask if he is famous and been in a film. That image reminds me of an illustration or painting or something. I can’t quite put my finger on it.

@Allergictoironing. What this belly? She's always amenable to smooshing. And she will allow face burying as well. It would appear that I can no longer blow raspberries though.
