Our departed boy was a Bengal, if he was asleep in the kitchen after a stressful day getting into trouble Dh used to warn me “do not wake that cat up”.

@Fatted no but they shove their paw in your mouth at 4:30am purring their heads off.

A sleeping Cheddar is the cutest thing ever. But I've learned to stay very still at night or she wakes up and wants cuddles. Unfortunately she is incapable of sitting still and by then I'm fully by awake!

Colin has done really well, it's been us that's woken him. I woke at half four and couldn't hear OH up (first day back at work after holiday) so went downstairs followed by the kitten. He did think it was playtime but was soon back in bed with me and didn't stir till just after 7
