Well I woke up today in an empty bedroom. OH is off for two weeks and today they realised they could go downstairs and more importantly get breakfast from OH

By the time I woke up Trina was already back asleep and wasn't shifting herself to come and see me so had to play mousey on the bed with just Trev

They had salmon last night and loved it

Ah thank you all! I think he’s gorgeous but I’m obviously biased.

We’ve been told he’s Maine Coon cross moggie. He’s a very petite cat, but he has the ruff and the tufty ears. Make up for his size in noise though, he’s already chattering and shouting away at us!

He’s 4. He’s already filling the house up with chatter and following us round, which is lovely. It’s been very empty since last DCat passed earlier this year.

I thought he looked a bit Maine Coon like - hence my question.

It’s funny, the picture we saw of him initially he looked like a nice silver tabby but in person he looks very much like a tiny version of an MC. We got very lucky being able to rehome him over other people, he’s got such a sweet personality so far.

And also people pay a fortune for them! Very lucky also to just have paid an adoption level fee for him.

It was Trev, he seems a tad more adventurous than Trine Erm, the toilet seat what can I say. It has a pebble pattern on that did match the pebble lino...till we had a leak and had to take it up to repair the mouldy walls

The lino actually was under our bed for a while but Col took a shine to it and ripped bits off it. So we now are awaiting new lino some time next year

Trina seems to like underneath our coffee table. She's now snuggled next to me

We have just spent the last half hour laughing, which is in contrast to OH stomping in with a "what's she doing on my speaker "

I made a delicious chicken tray bake this evening. Five succulent chicken thighs with Mediterranean seasoning, what could possibly go wrong?

I left the chicken cooling on the worktop, that's what went wrong! Rookie mistake

Today we’re tired

Trying to eat my biscuit then had a lick of my coffee the little bugger. I hope it doesn't harm him

Trev woke me just after 6 as OH had got up and he did go off for some breakfast

Trina was having non of it and had a lie in till just now
