Hmmm... Sorry re poor cat's demise but definitely never believed owner's story. I passed their pitch in Covent Garden often and the cat was basically, off it's tits.

I don't believe Bob was drugged. I saw them around Angel tube station a lot and Bob was on a harness so he couldn't run away but never appeared drugged.
Sadly Bob was hit by a car and he died from the injuries.

I have seen them walking on shaftesbury avenue and Bob was balancing on his shoulders, doubt he'd be able to do that if drugged.

I don't believe Bob was drugged. With all the publicity surrounding him and James someone would have worked it out and reported it

Quite honestly you could have said this about my old cat Smoky if you'd seen him.
I once saw him outside lying on his back, legs akimbo being messed around by 5 school children, he just couldn't care less. This was quite normal for him.
