Anyone having problems with Zooplus deliveries

I ordered on Friday and received an email on Saturday saying it had been dispatched but it wasn't showing up on Yodel. Today it is showing but says no estimated delivery date. Anyone else having delays? I did a Waitrosepet order a few weeks ago also using Yodel and had similar problems, it took 2 weeks and a lot of chasing which is why I changed to Zooplus.

Yes, I received a delay notification email. Basically they will email me again when my order is on the way. Due to high volume of online sales.

Mine was fine, just took a few days longer than usual.

Same here, running about 4 days later than their estimated delivery date.

I put an order in yesterday but didn't see anything about delayed delivery. I did put the order in with plenty time before food runs out. I choose DPD for the delivery option as I don't trust Yodel!

The same as Vinorosso74 - chose DPD and it arrived 2 days after dispatch confirmation email. I think Yodel is cheaper hence more orders and delays.

Oh good tip for next time Vinorusso, I missed the option where you could choose.

DPD is a free option if you spend over £45, Yodel is free for spends over £35. Bearing in mind the cost of my overlord's dry food alone, I can easily spend that in one order especially if I get wet at the same time. But I do have the room to store it thankfully!

Not from Zooplus but Yodel left our local depot (about 10 miles away) with a parcel on Saturday morning. It arrived on Monday evening! It’s not a Zooplus problem, it’s a Yodel one! I always choose DPD from Zooplus as this was not my first Yodel related issue. DPD are much more reliable.

Yup. Just had to emergency buy a bag of dog food from Pets at home as my order hasn't arrived.

I made an order on the 31st. Got an email saying it would be delayed but arrived yesterday morning so not delayed at all really.

It was with Yodel but we never have any issues with them.

Yodel and My Herpes Hermes service is very dependent on the individual delivery driver, much more so than companies like DPD and TNT, as the drivers are all self-employed rather than employees. I'm lucky, the same woman does both usually for me & she's great

My order arrived today. It was later on Monday when I placed it so not bad time scales.

Forgot to update, it turned up by Wednesday so pretty good in the end, although had to get an emergency Whiskers selection from the co-op to tide us over, which the kittens were delighted by.
