Flea treatment- is advantage safe?

My cat has built resistance to stronghold etc and the vet prescribed moxiclear, but I've run out and can't get out and vets not open.
I've bought advantage online- is this ok to try? I need to treat my fleabag ASAP.

Yes advantage is ok to use

Does your vet not have a number to call? You can call mine and do a click and collect type thing

Yes. It's the only safe and effective treatment you can get without prescription. I'm surprised about Stronghold though - I haven't heard about fleas becoming resistant to that (it would be fleas that get the resistance, not the cats).

Advantage only treats fleas though, not some worms like your other treatment

Thanks- I wanted to check as I know Bob Martin and others had an adverse reaction.

Advantage is very safe and reliable.

Advantage is great. I'm a vet nurse and use of on my own. Cheaper than the vet ones, even with my discount
