As it's Spring we're trying to teach our beloved mog to stay in more and give nature a chance to renew itself.

The trouble is mog show's his disapproval for this by pooing inside the house (not in his litter tray) if not let out.

If we do let him out (with collar and bell) he brings in birds by day and mice by night.

Are we fighting a losing battle?

Imo yes...
Our dcats have stopped stock piling dead mice now they are 8!!
Wouldn't be keeping them in.

My kitty 8 months has never been outside before he was going to be an indoor car as he's slightly deaf. Yesterday he pooped indoors on the doormat does this mean he wants to go out?
He's routine has been a bit a bit all over the place the past two weeks and wondered if he was just upset?
