The little madam has just puked on my furry rug, then again on the hall rug. She's never sick, ever. Even Cheddar avoids the furry rug!! I'm amazed at her proper cat behaviour!

She looks rather pleased with herself!!

Allergictoironing · 05/04/2020 20:32

That's definitely a smug expression on her face there!

nettie434 · 06/04/2020 09:00

She does look extremely pleased with herself!

Is furry rug a yoofamism? Envy puke face

Toddlerteaplease · 06/04/2020 11:04

She rarely looks smug. She leaves that to Cheddar. But after her start in life she has every right to look smug!

I love the 'and what?' Expression on her face 😍

Please tell me you spelt 'yoofamism' like that as a joke.

But after her start in life she has every right to look smug

Didn’t she come and sit on your lap the other week? I think it is so lovely that she is so clearly adjusting to having a nice cat life that you are getting the ‘Yeah, so I threw up. What’s your problem with clearing it up?’ face.

Toddlerteaplease · 06/04/2020 16:49

Yes she did. And has become much more cuddly in the last couple of months. It's lovely that she's finally relaxing.

After years of being reasonably compliant with taking tablets. (No where near as good as Fatty was) the little madam has suddenly turned into a devil cat. Absolutely no way was she going to take that Piriton. Snorg 1- human 0

How long have you had Snorg now?.

Toddlerteaplease · 12/04/2020 21:36

5 years in August! Can't believe it's been that long.

After almost five years, her cute quacking has turned into a really loud voice!

She sat on my knee for an hour this evening. And I couldn't find the remote control, so I could catch up with Belgravia. Though she was probably doing me a favour there. I can't believe it's taken five years. I'd given up hope of it ever happening.

Has she started waking you at 4:30am yet? Because then you know the transformation is complete.

Papergirl1968 · 21/04/2020 12:00

Socks puked as well in the night. On the landing carpet - one of the few carpeted areas of the whole house. For me to tread in with bare feet.
But of course it was my fault for running out of dry food and giving her a few remaining Go Cat biscuits which have made her throw up before. She’d have been fine if she hadn’t eaten Matt’s as well as her own!

Toddlerteaplease · 21/04/2020 12:47

@Fluffycloudland, she did it the other day. The Moro she made me move off my pillow. Cheddar was on the other one so I couldn't lie down again. I was absolutely gobsmacked! They looked like a pair of bookends!

Toddlerteaplease · 21/04/2020 12:48

@Papergirl1968 you are very unreasonable!

OP posts:
Papergirl1968 · 21/04/2020 13:47

I know!
As are you for expecting your furry overloads to move so you can lie down - you need to learn your place! 😹

Toddlerteaplease · 21/04/2020 16:12

I got my own back by giving her her eye drops though. That made her move.

Aww! 🙀
