Dcat won’t leave the garden, normal?

Dcat has finally been allowed out. She’s 8 months old and doesn’t seem to show any interest in leaving the garden. I’m so happy! She chases little flies and just sits and watches dc playing.

She’s beautiful! She might get more curious as time goes by. The great thing now is that she’s sniffing Out the neighbourhood which means she will be able to find her way home if she does leave the garden in the future.

Long may it last! Female cats do have much smaller territories than males. I had a little lass who stuck religiously to our own garden and half of next doors. Never any further. The boys were off over the park with barely a flick of the tail in farewell!

My girls took months to leave the garden.
Even two years on they still prefer to lie on the fence or sit on the table tbh
