Rag doll or Siamese cross

I have a new kitty. He is 11 weeks old. He is utterly delicious.

He was sold as a Siamese cross.

He is the most cuddly cat I have ever had, he just goes floppy when I pick him up and he likes nothing more than sleeping on us.

I am beginning to think that he is more ragdoll than Siamese.

what a cutie. I love seal point kitties.
No idea what he is

EmmaC78 · 09/02/2020 20:14

Siamese cross I would say.

HappyHammy · 09/02/2020 20:14

His fur is quite fluffy, whatever he is he is adorable.

Guiltypleasures001 · 09/02/2020 23:17

What's his name op?

AlexaAmbidextra · 12/02/2020 00:55

He is gorgeous. Bit fluffy for a pure Siamese I would say. But who cares when he’s such a cutie. 😻

Fluffycloudland77 · 12/02/2020 22:13

Who sold him to you? It’s not one of those “oh she got out just before being booked in for spaying & we want to make sure they go to good homes” scenarios is it?.

Siamese have a much shorter coat than that.

WinterCat · 12/02/2020 22:19

I’ve had three Ragdolls and they don’t really go floppy when picked up. They are just very gentle and cuddly cats with a wonderful temperament.

Your cat is beautiful.

Chewbecca · 12/02/2020 22:19

I have a Siamese / Burmese cross who is the most affectionate cat I’ve known. Hopefully your kitten turns out to be as lovely as mine has been.

TheQueef · 12/02/2020 22:24

Is he tonkinese?
He looks to have a shorter nose like a Burmese.

Doesn't matter really I still want him Smile

FoxRedBitch · 13/02/2020 10:39

Some more photos.

He is so delightful, such a sweetie. But he has the crazy moments when he climbs up the curtains and our legs. We have to close our bedroom door at night as he would otherwise sleep on my face!

I am soooo jealous. 😹. I’ve had five Siamese over the years and absolutely adore them.

catwithnohat · 13/02/2020 21:21

Oh stop it! I’m getting the longing. I want one. 😻

Hellbentwellwent · 13/02/2020 22:35

Another vote for Siamese Burmese cross. We have one and he’s an identikit for ours. He’s asleep on my knee at the minute putting his wee heart out. Best cats ever, he’ll be a joy to have in your family.
What’s his name?

FoxRedBitch · 14/02/2020 06:55

He's called Teddy.

Siamese/ragdoll cross, same as mine, they look pretty identical. I sadly lost him to a car not long ago :( This was him at around the same age as yours.

So gorgeous, OP! Enjoy him.

Ozzie9523 · 15/02/2020 22:04

I’m still up and down, and still can’t believe I won’t see him again 💔😔 How about you?

Ozzie9523 · 15/02/2020 22:04

Sorry, that was to Fluffycloudland x

Fluffycloudland77 · 15/02/2020 22:13

Totally broken hearted here too. Usually when someone I know dies I didn’t like them anyway but I really loved the cat.

We lost them too young.

Indella · 16/02/2020 17:39

The going floppy thing is a myth in Ragdoll’s, was completely made up to advertise them by the creator.
