Dry kitten food?

I was feeding my kittens wet food (which they loved!) until my vet put me straight. I changed over gradually and now they just on dry food. Or would be if they'd bloody eat it.

Can anyone recommend a dry kitten food that they might actually enjoy? And do any of them do sample sizes? (Two very expensive mistakes in the cupboard)

So far we've tried James Wellbeloved and Meowing Heads. Hoping there's a failsafe brand beloved by all cats?

Thank you 😸

Just dry food isn't necessary. I give dry plus wet as wet food is a source of fluids. I think it was AVA dry stuff I used from pets at home as there isnt a lot of choice of decent grain free kitten food

Thanks. I'll definitely be combining now and hope I find something dry that they'll enjoy as well.

Purine one. You can pick up smaller bags to try. I give my cat dry food and also wet food once a day. Think it's unfair to just have dry food and it becomes repetitive . Feel like the wet food fills them up. Also fresh chicken and fish

Of course fresh chicken and fish Grin

Need to buy more wet food today but this morning I gave them their dry food mixed with some Lik y Lix (sp!) topped with three or four Dreamies. Needless to say, two instantly empty bowls Smile

Mine love Applaws kitten and lilys kitchen kitten. Both expensive but they dont eat a lot of it. I give one pouch of natures menu wet food a day too.
I noticed small bags of AVA are currently £1.50 in pets at home. There was a display opposite the till or small bags which are ideal to try.
I think pets at home have a money back if your pets doesn't like it too.

Mine love the Royal Canin Kitten dried. It's what the RSPCA who we got them from fed them on ( local Blue Cross too) they are 7 months now and growing well on that and a few pouches of what ever kitten food is on offer. Mandatory photos of Neil and Moon attached Grin
