I was formerly Nonstopbuttmachine, thought it was time for a change. My daft boy always purrs while he eats and as I am a huge Friends fan, he reminds me of 'Hums while he pees'

I also have a 'farts while she sleeps' cat

Ha ha in that case mine should be purrs when he is not expecting it as my kitten always looks a bit surprised when he realises he is purring and get up in that nonchalant cats do and walks off as though he can leave the purr behind .
My cat is strange !

Poor confused purry kitten 😹 I always wonder if our cats purr when we're not around, is it just a response to us stroking them? 🤔

Mine def purrs when I am not stroking him he is sat on the window sill ant the moment he is alternating between purring and doing that weird chattier thing cats do when they see birds /squirrels. cat
