(With my daughter) Maine Coon, sister to Obie who has moved out to our neighbour because she is so horrid to him.
Last night we shut her in (to MUCH protest) and starved her and she has gone for a dental and her first sedated groom and probably shave.
She was not happy this morning. She will not be happy when I retrieve her either, but she had some bad matts that I couldn't get out so we figured we'd face the cost and get her teeth done at the same time.

See that face? That's her HAPPY face... I hate to think what her 'what the HELL have you done to me?' face is going to look like later!!!

She's not as huge as she looks (camera angle) it's mostly fur.
She does need a big cat carrier though and no chance of ever giving her a pill !!!!!

What an absolutely lovely cat!!!

Sev had his teeth done on monday - when I went to get him from the vets: I've never heard him or any other cat make this kind of noise. A deep, pissed off growl. Luckily he stopped as soon as we were out on the road. The vet had given him antibiotics to spare him (and me) the pill.

We had to put our MC to sleep earlier today due to HCM, so give yours a big cuddle from me xx

She knows you've been talking about her. Doesn't look happy...! Tip should you ever need it- put tablet in beef /chick/fish sandwich paste cheap ones in jars will do, to disguise it. Sure she'll have forgiven you by the morning when you feed her!
