Hyperthyroidism test

How long does it take for a hyperthyroidism blood test to come back? Does anyone know?

I'll be ringing the vets anyway tomorrow I just wondered if anyone knew

We had multiples of this and they had the results the next day always.

Mmm so if I got the appointment tomorrow I might get it back Tuesday maybe that's interesting.

Do yours have hyperthyroidism? What were the signs before you had them tested?

She did, she was 19 at least (stray I took in). She lost loads of weight, eating and drinking constantly.
We ended up giving her the expensive liquid medication as she wouldn't take the pills.
She got so much healthier on it and we had her for another year on it before her heart finally failed. But she was glossy, plumped and happy on the medication.

I think mine might have it.
How much did it cost the medicine?

I can't remember about the pills, but the liquid was about £50 a bottle but it worked so well.
Her numbers were off the charts before and we got them down to normal levels.
