Got her last night, she’s SO lovely but have no idea what to call her? She’s tiny, shy, (at the moment!) but I’ve got lots of good purrs out of her every time I give her a belly rub in her cat house so I’m thinking she’s going to be very friendly...any ideas?

Gorgeous! She looks like a Lulu or a Robyn to me. Congrats on your girl!!

WLmum · 28/12/2019 11:17

Mouse!
The 3rd pic looks quite mousey and she's tiny and shy. She looks gorgeous though and I hope you have lots of lovely times ahead.

She's gorgeous, I love her patchy fur. Personally I don't like names that are too human for pets but lots of people do. I tend to go for favourite literary characters, surnames of actors or sportspeople you like (now I'm thinking Dina!) etc. Our cat is Dr Mewler, Mew for short, after a character in TinTin because she is a Bengal with a very loud mew

I hate human names for pets so...

Love willow, Dina, Minnie! Love them all actually! Thank you! She’s so so small, I’m a bit worried, she hasn’t shown much interest in food, or the litter box:( or water.

sippingcoffee · 28/12/2019 12:57

Please be aware purring can be stress as well as happy , she may just need some down time to get some confidence in her new surroundings and being away from mom and siblings

Choppersicballs · 28/12/2019 12:59
