Cat sneezing

Hi all,

My cat sneezes multiple times a day and will do so about 3 or 4 times in a row. She seems otherwise fine and has been like this since we got her 8 months or so ago. Is it normal? Could it be allergies?

Mine d it occasionally. I think one of them definitely has hay fever.

Do you have any air fresheners like plug ins or reed diffusers? My cat started sneezing and it coincided with me getting a new airwick diffuser. (It also triggered my asthma, so god only knows what's in them) anyway once I removed this my cat stopped sneezing. They can be v sensitive to chemicals, paints and perfumes etc

I do have a candle that I put on at night. I'm sure it started before then though and she also does it during the day. I thought at first maybe it was the food or litter but she sneezes even when shes not been near them for hours. If it continues I'll get her checked out to be sure

It could be litter, perhaps try a change? If there's any building work going on nearby that can also cause them to sneeze, we've had that happen before too. But if you've eliminated all environmental possibilities I'd as the vet.
