Panic - can't get Sainsbury's clumping litter anywhere

Anyone know where I can get a fuller's earth type litter? Sainsbury's have apparently run out of theirs everywhere.

Pets at home? Aldi?

Apparently it has been discontinued. I'm on the hunt for the next best clumping litter too. Please let me know what you find!

I'm now using clumping clay litter from Costco - about the same price and seems to do the job.

Jollyes do a fullers earth litter.

I had this problem the past couple of weeks. Was hoping it was a temporary supply issue. It’s the only one that our 5 cats like!!! And a reasonable price too.

We’ve been getting this since the Sainsbury’s supply ran dry.

This has also happened with the a Morrissons litter as well. I wonder whats going on?

I think it’s a litter issue - ASDA has run out of our usual preferred type (antibacterial something or other) and wilkos seems permanently out of the silica stuff we mix it with 😭 just waiting for the dirty protest as our cats like things a certain way. Hope the issues are sorted soon whatever they are.

The cheap cat litter I buy from Tesco’s has been out for ages too. I asked when it was back but they just said it’s supply issues store wide :(

I managed to get some own brand litter from ASDA, in place of the Tesco one I normally buy. Hope the litter starts to flow again soon or I'll be out in the garden collecting earth for the tray!

My local Sainsbury's has now got it back in stock (bought 8 bags ).

Yes, all stores out in my area too.
Bare litter shelves at local independent pet centre too - only a few bags of the most expensive brands - so perhaps a supplier issue? A great nuisance - they don't know how much we all depend on continuity of supply!

The other thing about litter and this time of year is that people buy loads of it to put down if there’s snow or ice. I don’t get it because why would you want soggy cat litter all over your paths? When it snows it’s one of the first things people buy. 🤔

It was put ‘on hold’ in every store for a while. Not sure why! but if your store got some back in then that’s a good sign and should go back to full supply everywhere shortly
