I found a young kitten a couple of weeks ago with an injured leg, anyway I tired to catch it for hours to no avail it went behind a fence, I've just found what I believe to be the rest of the litter there are 3 more kittens and the mum, the mum looks very small too and is very skinny. Ive started feeding them and a lady who also feeds them says that's her second litter, Shall I call the The rspca? I've heard they don't help with strays but obviously they are going to keep breeding and it's just so cruel and making the problem worse! attached picture of the mum
