Any tips for dealing with them? We’re keeping madam in, but she is so upset, and hiding under the spare bed. I know we have at least another couple of weeks of it too. She hates loud noises in general, but usually she will go out for eg the hoover appearing. We use a white noise app on actual bonfire night/new year. Will the plug-in things help?

Current cats aren't bothered, in fact one likes to sit and watch the village display from the window, and any smaller garden displays within sight. My main issue is them all being annoyed at an early curfew.

However in the past I've found putting the radio on a talk station in the room with them helps to cancel it out a bit, plus a box with blankets or similar to hide in and muffle the sound a bit.

Thanks, welsh, the radio is a good idea. She went through a spell of liking lying under that bed - DP uses it as an office so she was keeping him company - and there are big sofa cushions under it for her. She’s completely fearless about scaling massive walls, trees etc, so seeing her upset by noises is upsetting for us.
