How can you tell if a breeder is reputable?

I've been thinking of buying a sphinx car for a while, and a breeder I follow on Facebook has two kittens for rehoming and I don't know how to tell if she is reputable or not.

What worries me is the two kittens are different ages, three weeks or so apart.

I think she is a home breeder, she posts loads of pics of her DD with cats and kittens.

What questions should I be asking her?

Have the kittens been checked by a vet and at least started their kitten vaccinations? Is she happy to show you a copy of vet records so you can feel assured the kittens don't have any underlying health conditions (such as a heart murmur)? Will they come microchipped and with a strict contract about conditions for neutering, keeping them indoors etc.? Is the breeder asking questions about your home situation or very keen to get the kittens sold quickly? How much is she charging? (Be suspicious if a low price!)

Having more than one litter of kittens available is not an issue as such, she would have more than one breeding queen.
